Privacy Policy

Ruby Map is built so your location stays yours. This policy explains what Kitzer, LLC collects and why.

What we collect

• Account info: email or phone, name if you add one.
• Your content: saved places, routes, guides, notes, photos and who you share them with.
• Location: used on your device to show where you are and to navigate. Location history and driving reports stay on your device by default. If you turn on sync, they're encrypted before upload.
• Anonymous speed data (optional): if you allow it, anonymized road speeds help estimate traffic for everyone. It isn't tied to your account.
• Payments: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage and crash data to keep the app working.

How we use it

To run the Service, sync your content across devices, send alerts you ask for, process payments, prevent abuse and improve routing. We don't sell your personal information and we don't use your location for advertising.

Sharing

Your guides are private by default. They're visible to others only when you share a link or make them public. We use service providers (hosting, email, payments) who process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can export or delete your data and account at any time from settings or by emailing us. Location permissions can be changed in your phone's settings.

Children

Ruby Map isn't intended for children under 13.
