You can cancel a subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.
If you're not happy, email [email protected] within 14 days of a purchase or renewal and we'll refund it. Trip Passes can be refunded within 14 days if the pass hasn't been used on a trip.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their policies; we're happy to help you request one.
