These terms govern your use of Ruby Map's apps and website (the "Service"), provided by Kitzer, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Routes, directions, travel times, weather, closure, crash, transit and "safer" or "shady" route information are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Always obey traffic laws, road signs and conditions, and use your own judgment. Don't interact with the app in ways that distract you while driving. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
You own the places, routes, guides, notes and photos you create. You give us permission to store, display and share them as you choose (private, link-only or public) so we can run the Service. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal, hateful or harmful. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Paid plans are billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Trip Passes are one-time purchases for the period shown at checkout. See our refund policy. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading our systems, or using it to harass others.
Maps and data come partly from third parties, including OpenStreetMap contributors and public agencies. "Open in Google Maps / Apple Maps" links are governed by those companies' terms.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime.
